Heated ULSC makes a big difference. Have it up to temp before placing parts in tho.
I have been using a water based solvent made for parts cleaner tanks. Works ok, but I wanna try the Simple Green Aircraft stuff.

I never did buy one.This is a pretty old thread but I'll ask anyway. lol Bill, what cleaner did you buy if any and if so, what solution did you wind up using? What solution do you use for cleaning carbs? Just curious.
I normally use break cleaner, non-chlorinated and non flammable but it's getting really pricey. Thinking of trying the ultrasonic route. Thanks,OT
