Yep. 51 mm will fit the 50 mm stack.

Red Beard Saws is one, squarefile is a member there also, if you are a member, just post the question asking for velocity stack builders and sellers. Ask @JeremiahJohnson he'll point you in the right direction. I don't think squarefile has been on here (AS) for a couple years.
Edit: pretty sure @Definitive Dave can get them made by somebody too.
