Vermeer SC130 stump grinder

There's one for sale close by...Thinking about picking it up.
Has anyone here used one? I won't be using it comercially but just around the house and woods here. Is it too small to really work? Should I bother? It's priced right so I'm really considering it.

So mister Barker "What price is right?" I rented one once to complete a job with a couple small ones in planters my Rayco Jr couldn't get to. What a joke!!! They might, and I mean might, cut bushes , but not stumps. They are a lot of work and you have to push and tug them around.

Described as "almost new" and the guy wanted $1500.00.
I think I'll pass if it's as useless as you say.

For $1500 it probably is good buy just to have around.
