vintage dual fuel tank saw?

Saw this saw for sale on Craig's list ... and the two-capped fuel tank
caught my eye. Anyone know what brand saw it could be, and, for
me, more important, anyone know the function/reason for the
two fuel tanks?

That's a Clinton saw, I do not know what model though, I had one like it 35 years ago.

ETA: I do recall it being a real "PIZZA SHIP" compared to my Homelite XL of the day.

Not worth much at all. Bring more in scrap prices now days. Just being truthful.
