I might have the "log cleat" you are looking for. Are you refering to a "Bumper spike" ??

I have a really nice super 10-10 that has a right hand start.

I bought a used spike for it just last week from a guy i found on ebay.

Turns out, that it does not fit my right hand starter ??

It might fit yours. I will get the dimensions & post some pictures.

No, it does not have a brake. It is an old one. I am guessing it is 67-70 vintage.

i got it at the flea market for $10 & it looks like it has only been used once or twice.

I will post some pictures as soon as the batteries charge for my camera. I will prob post them in an hour or so.

OK, here are some photos. The bolt holes are aprox 3-3/8" center to center.

I bought the spike for $13 + shipping. I thought that was a little steep, but thats all I could find.

If you know where I can get the correct one for this saw, please let me know

Mike, nice looking saw. I need a bumper spike with 4 1/2" center to center hole dimension. Thanks anyway. I don't know of anyplace to get the one you need but I will keep an eye out for ya. Thanks again.
