Genuine military surplus NATO cans are the best I've found for bulk storage. Lots of garbage copies out there, beware when buying.

I've basically swapped all my plastic cans out for nato cans at this point. There are a few new wavian cans that came with epa spouts, but they arnt the most horrid. The donkey dong and regular half rubber/steel ones are great imo. Fuel stores exceptionally well in them too.

The options for NATO cans are basically genuine surplus NATO and Wavian.

Similar for me, that pic was ~half the stash. Scoop them up whenever I find a reasonable deal on a reasonable condition can. I do make sure to get only NATO cans, not the US version with the screw in barrel bung opening.
