Hello-
I'm very new to working on chainsaws, and just use it for home use. Chopping down trees, bucking them up, etc. My dad gave me this saw rebuilt for christmas a couple years ago and it's time for a new chain.
Not sure what year this is, or the model no. etc, but there's a serial of sorts on the back "858545"
I'm looking for the correct chain to use in this saw. I've done the current chain in by sharpening poorly.
As the pictures show-- The bar has some markings, "16HL50PRYA", "MADE IN SWEDEN", "60DL", "SW90A"
The only one that means anything to me would be the "60DL" which would be 60 drive lengths? I found a chain lying around that fit the bar pretty decent and had 60 drive lengths but was still about one length too small.
I don't have the time until this weekend to measure the current chain on there but I feel like it might not be the right chain anyways. As in, when it's in the bar, it has lateral wiggle. Maybe somethings just worn down to create that situation.
Anyone able to help me out or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
