Update:
Chicago Electric (China) grinder died after about 2 hours actual motor "Hobbs" time. Motor locked up and will only hum loudly and heat up. Will not start even if spun over by hand. Absolute junk. Not worth the trouble. A certain minimum level of quality is demamnded before a toll reaches the threshold of utility; this tool does not reach it.
