so what is the strangest thing you have found when taking a tree, i'm thinkin more rural , like in the green, ie forest, . mine was a broadhead about 12-14" in and healed over in a 38-40" topped doug , that stoped the noise for a little bitt. so whatcha find?. i do what i do.

1925 North Dakota license plate and a 1922 North Dakota license plate are probably the neatest things. Those were both in the Tom Folley out of Elkton.
Also found a cedar arrow shaft with an obsidian broad head 8" below the bark to the end of the broken shaft. That was up out of Blue River on 126. Then just all the other stuff like rail spikes, fence, staples, bullets, nails, bird nests and that type stuff.

One of these days, I'll do something stupid and find eternal life.

I have heard tell that some of them big ole redwoods hold a spring in themselves. Perhaps a taste and you would live for ever.

Of coarse everyone know guys of your character and wit live for ever anyhow so you are all ready good to go. May have something to do with the big yellow vibrations that transfer iron molecules to your testicles. Anyone with iron balls will live on cause no one has the set of there own needed to take out old iron pants.:hmm3grin2orange:

Merry Christmas Randy

So far, the coolest things ive found were Old pop (or soda) bottles, License plates, and the best of all, Good ole peace, Quiet, and relaxation of the outdoors. honestly, just bein able to get into the woods and not have to listen to vehicles N crap is nice.

USUALLLY, atleast once or twice a year, ill cut into a tree or log and end up finding a bee's nest..then i find myself RUNNING like a mad man in the oposite direction! i usually manage to get saw either turned off or pulled out before i take off..only twice i've left it running, and neither one of those times turned otu very good, as for getting outta there without getting stung.. STUPID BEE'S!!
