We have a saying that is quite true, a saw is only new once ! Once its run its a used saw, no matter if its only a few mins or an hour, not new any more. Between many collectors I know there are a lot of NOS vintage saws in existence , they keep them new as that keeps the collect ability and value in a higher bracket. Keep the original box in as perfect condition as possible, dry and un tattered , don`t mark on it or deface it in any way, the box increases the value of the saw by a good bit.
