What file for carlton K3L 325 .063 CHAIN

I bought this Carlton K3L 325 063 CHAIN. I looked on Carlton website it says use 11/64'' file. I looked on another website and they say 3/16'' file. And they sell this chain also. I have used 3/16'' file for my stihl and oregon chains. Have I been useing the right file for these? They seem to cut OK. I have not filed on the Carlton as of yet because I do not want to use the wrong file. I do use a dremel for sharpening and I cannot find a 11/64'' burr anywhere. Anybody out there use this chain? If so what size of file do you use? thanks
