What is it?

I recently Visited a shrub farm in Greensboro NC an took some cuttings from a tree that I have never seen before> I know that sounds crazy but it was very attractive and i thought it would be a nice addition to a collection. It appears to be som sort of spruce, almost blue in color, about 15 feet high, very even form, pyrimidal, much like a normal Blue Spruce, the big difference is the branches were pendulus. A friend said that he thought that it was a Loach. ( I am new to this and I have never heard of this) Could this be right, and if so dose any one know where I can find more information and this type of tree. Thank you for your time Scott

I think a loach is some kind of tropical fish.

Loach is how we say Larch down heah in No'th Ca'linah. ;^)
