How are you working your friction/climbing hitch?

i throw with my rt. making my hitch on the rt. i use my left to opperate my hitch. i am rt handed. i also keep my flip on the rt as well as my hand saw. the chainsaw gets the left. that allows me to grab the handle with the rite and un clip with my left making it ready ta pull

My bridge floats. Hitch is on the right while the left hand advances it. My lanyard is on the left as well as the chainsaw which I rarely carry. I'm a silky on the leg man which is on the right.

Prefer climbing line adjustment with the right, flipline on VT with slack tender adjusted from the left.

i have the hitch on the right and advance it with my left hand although i aspire to have a slack tending pulley soon.

If it is on a swivel, then it can be on either side.

If you are on a singel carabiner, or spreader, then it could be to the front

 Just nitpicking
:Eye: c what yer saying, depending on your bridge/rings if you are on a single krab it will make the eye-n-eye lay on its side causing the hitch ta be front or back, unless u add a link. imo them setups make no cents ta me. i like things ta ballance and flow:)
