Hello, I Accquired A Poulan Pro 475 Swedish Made Chainsaw A Couple Of Months Ago With A Scored Piston, missing Muffler, and Screws. The Original Cylinder Cleaned Up Fine So I Ordered The Parts I Needed And Got The Saw Back In Good Running Order. I Did Take Addvice I Received From As Members And Did A Muffler Mod.Im Running 32:1 Mix And Have Reajusted The Carb. Im Very Pleased With The Saw. It Starts, Idle's,and Runs Excellent. I Would Like To Know If Anyone Knows The Horsepower Of This Saw And What Would Be The Longest Bar I Should Run On This Saw. Once And A While I Get Some Logs That Are 44 To 48 Inches Across. The Saw Come With A 24 Inch Bar But I Was Thinking Of A 28 Inch If The Saw Will Handle It.thanks Rick!!!!!!

That's a 77cc saw, so there should be no problems pulling that bar and chain.

It is the same saw as the Jonsered 2077, and both were based on the original Partner P7700.

76.5 cc, 4.0 kW/5.4 hp at 9600 rpm, max permitted rpm 13500.

It should handle about the same bar lenght as the Husky 372xp and the Stihl MS440.

2077 test report
