What's the smallest saw to run with mini mill

I recently picked up a used Granberg Alaskan sawmill, mini mill, and saw. My question is I have been thinking of setting up the mini mill with a small saw just for edging. I have a hasqvarna 240 I would like to use, but is this saw to small just for edging. I am not a big fan of the 240 so it just sits and collects dust. It was my Jeep saw but I prefer my ms250 for the Jeep.

What are the size of the boards you are going to be edging mostly ?? also soft or hardwood??

I can tell you my husky 435 gets used with the mini mill when the old 048 isn't feeling well. It does fine. Surly I don't push it or actually rely on it perminatly. But it will work. Just go easy on it, frequent breaks to let the oil circulate, and so on.

Mostly be soft woods like pine and ceder.
