Thank you to any tree professionals taking a few minutes of your time.
Much damage has occurred to this Black Willow Tree by insects and squirrels.
Which cuts are best?

The other tree trimmer said he cut both trunk 1 and trunk 2 down to "solid".
He also said they were Arborists but not Certified Arborists (which says in their advertising they are) but apparently the people that came out were not.
TRUNK 2
Peach color branches we want to keep as they are solid and about 15ft long.
I don't want to cut down too far that it compromises the structural integrity of the 3 other branches (peach color)
Is it ok to cut on the green line on that trunk as it is solid 6 inches from the top (where the hole is)
TRUNK 1
BLUE lines show angle cuts that probably will work down to the part where the hole dissapears.
If we cut on the green line, does that expose too much of the branch for possible rot.
If we cut on the red line does this expose too much of the tree to rot more easily?
If we cut on the red line does this unbalance the weight on the remaining trunk/branch by doing this?
Questions:
Suggestions where to cut and how deep?
How to seal the tops of these cut areas if a hole does not exist or not to seal?
How to seal if a hole still exists after cuts are made or not to seal at all?
THANK YOU for your time.
