Where to find sample contracts for golf courses or country clubs

Hi, Looking to find some sample contracts to get some ideas on how to word a season or yearly contract. I have a club looking to get a contract with me for an annual contract that will include my daily rates. Just want to be sure I'm wording it properly to avoid an confusion.

We usually do a once per year bid and mark out all the trees they want done and just give a fixed price from there. They are the longest contracts we do. Line items for hole 6 men's tee, Hole 7 women's tee, Hole 18 green... I had a few dozen line items last time.

I won a very nice bid this year because I convinced them to preserve a few trees with cabling rather than just removing everything they had concerns about. Helped to stand out from the competition.
