Where to go for traffic control standards?

I've run my business for 14 years mostly working in back yards and rural environments. I'm expanding the business and starting to deal with more traffic control situations. I know there are specifications for cone placement and flaggers and certifications that my crew will need. Can anyone direct me to the right place to get all my **** in order? Thanks

I work in San Diego county all over, we don't do residential. Here is what I use and recommend, worth a couple bucks and keep in your truck.

What you want is the MUTCD. Its like the OSHA standards manual for traffic control devices and procedures. The MUTCD is what you must follow to be compliant with the law.
