:ices_rofl: Saws in the house? Not hardly. Also no dogs, cats, chickens, mice, goats, calves, bummer lambs or things that slither or hide under couches. Wife decrees no chainsaws in the house. Wife cooks...among other attributes. Easy choice.

And remember everyone......

The Wife always rules

Only over my bed,LOL

I don't know how well I'd sleep under that bad boy... I guess that shelf is a lot stronger looking in person.....:biggrinbounce2:

I love it that is the best, Thall does the better half keep it dusted?

Fact is I set that 880 up there for pic taking purposes only. I wouldn't sleep under it for sure. Its out in the shed with the rest of the saws. Did make a nice pic though didn't it,LOL

There is a 280 on my kitchen table that I brought home this evening. Its super clean and tomorrow I will put it out in the shed too. I was too lazy to unlocked the shed so I just brought it in the house this evening....

Stihl head board

I keep the 660M, 361 & 046M in the 2nd bedroom at the back of the bed. Plastic on carpet with canvas on top. Can smell the bar oil as sleepy time comes. Comforting...:) I live in a 2nd floor condo. And the guy downstairs is a retired Stihl dealer. Would never let the pro saws sleep anywhere else.

Nothing at all wrong with protecting your valuables!!!!!!!

You darn right, I read the lost/stolen section and just about throw up:angry: It's over me why someone would steal so much and not think twice about doing it.

Tom I was thinking that a smart man of yourself would not sleep under a 880. Now a Husky owner might be different:ices_rofl:

No question here. The wife says if the saws sleep in the house I sleep in the shed, so that settled it for me.:)

My saws stay out in the workshop. New parts that come are instantaneously stacked at the back door by "you know who." I did fix the place up for 'em though. Got a small fridge o' beer out there, a fairly decent TV (they seem to like the discovery channel). The stereo seems to get less use as they can't agree on the station..the 041 and Jonsy 910 are metalheads and it pisses the rest of 'em off. Cozy setup, though.. spend a lot of time out there myself.

I just go without a shower for about a month, and then it seems that the critters are none to interested in nibblin on me.(maybe this is another reason I'm in the shed) Also I should probably stop using the bug spray as mouthwash too.:)

Since someone helped themselves to my saws in the garage several years ago, my 260,361, and 441 stay in the basement. I have to leave my HT 131 in the locked garage, it is too bulky to get through the house with.

Anyone busts into my garage they gonna get one helluva surprise of a rottweiler. I kept my saws inside when I first got each, then the wife decided no.

Who keeps their saws in the house? I do, but they are in the basement most of the time :D
When my saws are not in use, they are cleaned up really well so I can have them in the living-room if I wish.
