Saws in the house???

Steve here... All my saws are kept in the house... The fuel gets poured out the saw gets blown off with an air hose, wiped down.
I then use a horse hair brush to get the saw dust out of the starter cover mesh.Auto polish works good for the yellowing by the exhaust, on the painted areas.

My saws live in a big shed that is ventilated in the summer, and heat and humdity controlled the rest of the year. No way I would leave them in an unheated shed all year with all the condensation they would get. They would probably be okay there, but it would bother me.

When we are home, our saws always in the house....

But on the cottage they are in our big outhouse, together with a lot of firewood, and they like it. Smiles to me everytime I go out there...

Oh yes, ALL they saw stuff lives in the house, all the grinders, all the chains, all the bars, all the EVERY thing. It works out OK though, cause my boyfriend and i have a 5 bedroom house for just the 2 of us, but 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs side by side with a hallway conecting them, so in his 'Room' are saws, and my room is all my 'girly' stuff, glue gun, wood burner, paints, etc. But i wouldnt ever dare tell him to put the saws in the basement. . NO WAY!

Saw's in the house?????? YOU BET!!!!!!!!!!!...:rockn: :rockn: :rockn:

I built a bikesaw in my bedroom once, my wife kept stubbing her tow on it but I think she was doing it to make a point. I built it in the bedroom because my wife said I was spending to much time out in my shop and she wanted to spend a few evenings together:heart: .

My saws actually work for a living... I keep the dirty bastids out in the garage where they belong.

Took a couple down to Andy (Lakeside53) yesterday... I cleaned 'em before I went... cleanest they have been in years.
