I have had great experiences with this sort of thing for many years. The arrangement has always involved providing them with free chips, and we discuss where, and how much, and for how long. If I am to deliver them chips on a regular basis, just my regular presence will include volunteer services on an as-needed basis. This, of course, all depends on the park. My provision is, if this relationship is a win/win, then it's a relationship that will last. I have an arrangement like this, currently, with a large condominium complex. I take care of incidental stuff as it comes up, and am paid for anything of size.
