Yellow Homelite? What is this saw?

Any ideas guys? Just bought a Poulan 330 off this person and they showed me this saw too. Could get it too. Darn you guys, I didnt need the 330 because I have the 3750. But, yeah you know. Dont need the homey either but the price is right.

It looks like a super XL. I've never seen a yellow one before-just red and blue.

The saw you pictured is not a Homelite. I belive it is a Montgomery Ward. It could be Lombard though but not a Homelite.

As Bill G said, its not a homelite, probably i is a Lombard copy of the Homelite XL series.

I recognize Remington features on that saw. I think it is a PL-something or other.

Like galde says, it looks pretty much identical (except for the paint) to a Remington PL/SL series. I had one in my hands for a little while, but I wasn't particularly impressed.
