Here's the vid of it in stock form. I love the idle of these bigguns even when stock.

I cut the squishband & set the squish @ .027'' with the gasket. It had a squish of .044'' stock.

Not much room to widen the ports. Gotta get some volume to the crank case.

I think the lower transfers are holding this thing back. They're smaller then the 359's:msp_confused:

That baby should decimate any 390 after porting......They are real hawgs!

I wouldn't bet on it. Same stroke and only 1mm larger bore. I don't think the transfers are as efficient on the 395. I'm not getting near the RPMs out of the 395. There's probably more in it yet though. I'm just saying, dint write off the 390 yet. You saw what a 390 can do to a 660 at the build off:rock:

With that said, I'm anxious to see what Stumpy can get out of it.

The 395 Randy built beat his 066 gtg by 3 seconds. Im pretty sure he cut the chamber in the 395 as well.
However, as we all know theres more to porting than just cutting the chamber.
The 395xp being quad port as well should win at the end of the day I would imagine. I think the 2094 I have is dual port as well as 394's?

Wow, just until I looked, I thought the 395 had a lot more stroke, But Husky has the 390 as 1.46, and the 395 at 1.5 stroke. I also though the bore was 2mm bigger, but its not, 55mm on the 390 and 56mm on the 395 :help:.

Almost has to be in the spark timing.....maybe.

The 390=55/37
The 395=56/38
Is that right?
Wouldn't the 660=56/40?

I guess so, probably rounded off maybe? I got those numbers of Husqvarna's site so....

Yep, the 066-660 does has a longer stroke than the 395s and I believe it is 40mm, but the bore it just 54mm.

BTW, the 395 makes a lot of compression with a cut chamber, not far from too much IMO.

Yes, the 2094 and the 394 have no divider in the transfers (dual port) but I wouldn't rule them out just because they are not quad ports.

Thx guys. The 660 is 54/40.
Then I was also wrong on the 390 and prolly the 395 too. Dang, I used to know those figures. I know the Dolmar 7900 is mighty impressive too.

I know Sean. I wanna think my 2094 would be hard to beat. But those quad port saws would prolly win im the end from what ive seen.
