041G - A saw I thought I might never own.

I blacked out the gear cover letters and made the air filter cover letters silver. Thanks to Anna, my daughter, for loaning me her metallic silver Sharpie It works great! I also order the handle bar rubber hose today. I'm dreading that job!

Here's the pair of them. The other one with the orange filter cover is a newer saw. It has the latter model carb box. It also has electronic ignition. The recoil is styled differently. The air filters are different as well. I tried to keep them true to their original colors.

Actually, a little too bright. It's no big thing. It was much more important to get the reddish color on the restored saw. It's dead on

I'd almost buy another saw, just to get the muffler cover, then flip it and let someone else have a saw without one, lol.
