I was finally able to spend some time with the saw, and got lucky.
Found a herd of sawdust in the carb, due to the crappy air filter design.
The starter rope was only 2 feet long, so when the new roll of it arrived, I was able to install the correct length rope to get a decent pull to start.
The rubber parts inside the carb were intact, so I cleaned everything real good and reassembled.
Needs a final adjustment but seems to run good now.
I am so glad this thing didn't cost me much to fix.
But with the dirty environment saws run in, anything is possible.
Thanks, guys for the help and advice !!!!!!!
