I HAVE A STIHL POLE PRUNER, 4 STROKE, WHEN YOU GO VERTICAL WITH THE BOOM, IN A COUPLE OF SECONDS THE ENGINE DIES AND WHEN LEVEL AGAIN, IT WILL START RIGHT UP. IT HAS A NEW CARB AND I DID PRESSURE/SUCTION TEST THE CYLINDER. SEALS DID NOT LEAK WITH PRESSURE OR VACUUM.
