Needs work. Broken AV pin on the tankhandle upfront underneath. It can be fixed. Stripped upper cylinder AV spring hole mount. Now fixed Side AV rubber hammered. See pics. Runs, no serious damage to it so it can be fixed up. Pumps oil starts fine. Sale as is. It's complete minus the broken...
