090 vs 088 stihl

Thanks guys for the advise ya know that its a little hard to even think of changing manufactures when you have had such great results with a Stihl. I have a 041 that I use almost exclusive on the ground I had this saw full bore into one of North Dakotas Finest and it ceased up . I removed the saw ,finshed the cut put the tree on the ground safe and sound and the next day I put just a little dextron in the spark hole and it took off and is running just fine today. Now that says a lot about a saw thanks alot guys , I have a little time before I need to make my move . I will let you know thanks again , dave1

yep i would agree.. u got one siezed upunder those exstreme conditions,to come back and id say it was made about as well as any..
a friend o mine got an 041 that would be last thing,, hed let go after home an wife an everything else hes got.. purty dang fast cuttin saw too.hurt his feelings when i beat him..but what i didnt tellim is my chain was the difference..
