1000 Posts today !

I remember when, not long ago, Lawnsite was celebrating 10,000 posts (122,000 today). Just a matter of time...

Just a matter of time .... not to be confused with "Success is just a matter of luck; just ask any failure".

Yeah, not bad for a place 4 months old. I wish I started promoting it sooner. I just started the middle of last month. We have gained about 200 members since that time. I cant complain. We might even have a big announcement of a big sponsor soon!! I hope we can look at this post and laugh in a year. Good post, I guess I didnt notice. We are aproaching 400 members also. I bet we get more tree guys in here in the winter.

I like the fact that there are so many tree guys here. With all having different experiences, I learn something new on most threads. Never too late to learn, the day I stop learning is the day I start dying.

Sonny - I think most of us here at this point in time are ex-treemen for one reason or another. Funny, you don't see that many "old" treemen, or old fallers, or old steelworkers or ....

I didnt realize how fast but since your post on 5-31 we have got 30 new members. Damn, thats fast. 4 days. Love it. We need more, more, more.

I am still waiting fot the beer to show up. I would like to have the remaining beer forwarded to my address. Hand it over!! In all honesty I am surprised how fast this site has grown. Its been tough to come in after a long day work to check everything, but it still doesnt seem like work. As long as it doesnt seem like a job, I am ok with it.

With the amount of money and effort I spend on this it should be a job, but much more of a hobby. Right now its a break even deal. I will be down to pick my beer up soon.
