18V rechargable cordless chainsaw

I've recently purchased (believe it or not) a 18 volt rechargable chainsaw on ebay. Now this little sucker works great for gardeners, landscapers etc...., folks who don't really need a full-fledged gas or electric saw for the odd trim job that clippers can't handle. My only inquirey is wheather or not one can speed the thing up a little, because it seems to have plenty of power but slow RPM. No V8's or power-freaks please, only serious replies.

A larger sprocket would increase chain speed. Dunno about availability, though. I'd look into getting a sprocket with one more tooth.
