372XP Case Epoxy

Bottom of chain catcher base was chipped away so figured to build it up with epoxy. Made a clay dam, smeared in JB Weld after decreasing and gently torching dry. Wasn't really necessary but I'm enjoying this project saw so trying to do it somewhat right.


This pin was also wobbly so I tapped it out and while I had wet epoxy I smeared a bit on the pin and tapped back in.

Then I have to fix this.

Cha8n catcher base is cured and shaped in.


And the top cover screw holes habe been repaired with nut-serts epoxied into the case.


And the rear driver's side screw nut-sert similarly epoxied into case
