???? the Off Topic Forum. The only people who go there are boring political statement-type people like mquinn, oakwilt and wulkowitz. It's good that they stay there rather than come over here to Chainsaw where it's becoming the OT Forum just because no one wants to go over to the Political Bullsh!t forum (as it now should be called). Zyp told me that Fish and Che were really nice people. He said that Fish was a big guy and that Che was really pretty and charming, but there were certainly no negative comments associated with his remarks.

Zyp's in the bush up at my buddy's place next to mine at the lake, clearing for his house. Susie's out horsing around with Jane. We'll have a nice dinner here tonight and knock back some Tatt and Mumm's....and why wouldn't we?

By the way, I have a nice big red chainsaw that cuts to the
right, what is my problem?
I have tried using a big flat Bastard file, but it still pulls to the
right, should I grip it differently?
I tried it left handed once, but got a cramp quickly.
How do you all file?

Is that pulling to the right as viewed by the operator or by someone watching from the other side of the log?  It would make a difference where to put the shim.  If it's from the operator's viewpoint, you should put a ¼" flat washer between the bar and the chainsaw on top of the bar.  If it's from the observer's viewpoint the washer would go on the bottom.  Stack as many washers as needed.

As far as filing, I like to do it alphabetically.  Sometimes by date.

Yes Rick, I do resemble John Candy{The latter Years}.
If I knew Lambert was actually going to show people my pics,
I would have called in my stunt double.
But Lambert calling anyone bald is kind of funny. I have more
hair on my pinky toe than he has on his whole melon.
