Your failure in this business is related to your sour attitude and not your competition. I know you like to paint me as a hack of some kind, a fly by night without insurance or proper equipment but truth is I'm your worst nightmare, not for that the reasons you think (you are so wrong), but because I have a reputation for doing great work and my customers are 100% satisfied with my work as their testimonials prove.
Like it or not, Aerial Arborist Tree Service is Pittsburgh's premiere tree service, and I can charge higher prices than you because of it. Try building your business by delivering great service to satisfied customers 100% of the time like I do and you will prosper. You may be, and probably are, a better climber than me, but I know how to build a business and how to treat customers.
We could learn from each other, we don't need to fight. Come and work for me sometime and we would both benefit.

First off this is not my thread, secondly.......you crack me up AA one minute you threaten a law suit, then lie by posting your Atty sent me a letter...total BS!!!! then call on this site to bust your chops in a thread you created!! & then in your own words make a statement that from verbatim is what I said...........check out your post calling your crew/job a circus! You are far from Pittsburgh`s premeire tree service................you are a hack with an overpriced lawn mower, would a premeire service need the help of a customer (with a real front end loader) to assist them in loading logs? Hell NO!! you have convicts for employees & Im willing to bet you pay cash under the table!! your rank on angies list is in my opinion "fraud" your silly antics & professed amatuer ability in tree care along with the lack of equipment knowledge have made you a laughing stock on this site & when I come into your neck of the woods I will direct people to this site & have them see what Aerial Arborist tree service is really like..........!
