Last year, I got a finger smashed at work. Blew the tip out.... much blood but no broken bones.

Mandatory ER visit with pee test. They had rip off my fingernail and put stiches on the nail bed and along 1 side. Nurse opens brand packs surgical instruments. I tell her I use the larger cousins on small engine repair.

She ask me if I want to have them/take them home with me when done! WTF? They just pitch them in biohazard when used 1 time. I ask if that is even legal for me to take them? She replies sure, as long as I don't go stitching up any mob boss muscle as a moonlighting job! LOL

So I did. She even put them in a disinfectant solution tub. Decent quality but had China on them too..... sigh.

So just prepping and looking at things.. I removed the plastic cover that hides the chain brake. It looks like with that off I can access the impulse line. It's hard to see and get light at the right angle, but looks do-able. I had bought one for the 024 and did not use it, so it's going in this saw.

I also verified that it has no spark again with my new spark tester. Pulled several times in choke position(no carb). I had tried this on the Husky (which ended up good) so I could see what it looked like working. I need to call and order an ignition module.

And I forgot how get a carb and exhaust gasket, but I can get one when the module comes in.

May attempt crank seals this weekend. Got a fence I need to fix first, depending on the weather.
