Thanks.A UM was my first mill, had a small Bridgeport head like an M or C, funny little collets that only went up to 1/2" (2vb?).
Sold it when I got my Rockwell, I really like that one. Kept the Hardinge vice, like it better than the Kurt that came with the Rockwell.
I still have a couple things for the UM that were left behind, a 'mercer bar' and a spanner looking thing.
I think I might still have one or two of those collets also but haven't run across them in some time so might be hard to locate.
If you have a use for the stuff you can have it...
Thanks.

Bla Bla Bla.As I was working this morning I could not help but think about how T1 has helped me out with tooling.
Between him, and Glock37, Uncle Rob 041s, DefinitiveDave, Wigglesworth, Jon1212, Stihlbro, and several other guys here, I have acquired some pretty cool tools, and gained some serious saw knowledge.
When I'm feeling crappy, I like to make a list of all the things I'm grateful for. I have some really good friends.....I'm very grateful for that.
When I was last in VA I went to T1's place and he hooked me up with a Skinner 4 jaw chuck that I use about every day, and a full set of collets, and a closer. I even got my Bridgeport live center from Tom.
Mike (Glock37) is always hooking me up with stuff.......last time I saw him he handed me a really nice 041AV AND a Super top end to put on it. What a great guy.
Uncle Rob has helped me out with tooling, indicators, etc. Always there to help me when I have questions about the how tos of machine work. A better friend would be tough to find.
Dave has helped me with all sorts of Stihl Tools. Hell I opened a box from him a few days ago..........Wasabi Peas.I love them damn things. They're like crack to me.
Wiggs is the reason I can even build a strong running saw. He and I have spent hour after hour on the phone talking two stroke performance.
And Jon1212...........That guy helped me out when I was broke. He made a friend for life..........
Joey and I talk regularly too, and he is the carb guy that has helped me understand those damn things. Without his help, I never would have learned how to fix the Zama EL42.
I could go on........but this is getting sappy.
Here's what I just finished doing.
