j/k. Uncle Rob was supposed to come to our 3 man GTG and the 7 man GTG a few weeks later. Rodney's influence on his vacation approval failed miserably! Rob's good people no doubt!
 
Yep, that worked. What year was that machine made Gary?

I do not know for sure, but with steel wheels I would guess in the 1930's. It has little or no wear, I spent 45 minutes lubing it up and we then belted it up. All the grease fittings easily took grease and I was able to roll it over by hand with little effort.

The hardest part is getting the wire tied, the wire we had was for cardboard bales and too long. I found the trick was to cinch it down when the plunger was compacting.
 
They were the real thing then. Who cares about all this technology and everything artificial. 1973?
Nobody have to ask me twice....I'll go so fast your head spin lol....
