I did it with my Echo 620P last week. I though that was odd that I forgot , but then thought, the Stihl, is on automatically when you choke it. An Echo is a on/off switch and a choke. After 30yrs of Stihl, I just missed it.

Also there is putting b&c oil in gas tank and leaving oil cap loose on saw but good'n tite on the jug lol

I now try to remember when I kill the saw to position the switch to the on or start position for next time.

Me, too! I like the auto return to run kill switch on my Echo 3510, as well.

My Super Wiz Bow saw had the switch turned around, so off was towards you. Having more than one of these saws, it was a constant issue, so I finally took the time to remove switch and turn it atound. Can't count the number of times I pulled on that ole beast with it switched off!
