Air Injection?

Who actually invented the Air Imjection? Was it Husky or another company that they bought out? It is my understanding that they own Partner, and Jonsered. I was looking at an older Partner concrete saw and noticed that it had a form of Air Injection on it and was just wondering who actually invented that.

Seems if my memory is somewhat functioning is that yes, it was Partner that created the famed "air injection." Niko knows.

Yes, it was originally a Partner design, and the first version of it was introduced with the P7700.
