I am with you 100%. When I first purchased a filter from Just Dave I paid twice the amout for it and the cost of the filer for shipping. Had to email him several times to get him to answer my request when I could expect to get what I had payed for.Over time I did get the filter----I had given up on ever getting the filter.
The filter was for Mc. chainsaw I would have never knowed I was paying to much for the parts Old Dave had listed on eBay If the Guys on this site had not spoke out about it like you are doing

Mike do not stop bring out the truth about people getting riped off----You proble will never know how many people it will help and keep from losing money.

When the MEMBERS get wright down to it they can bring out different points of information that is a help to the public. You guys do not see or know how imporant your post are to other. I have not read a post that I could not find some thing that I did know even when the guys disagree with each other

I am with you on that statment, a person is in title to a profit be what it may selling or contractor. You hit the nail on the head with just a few words. No one evers conplains when they get what they pay for at a fair mark up of profit

You are on the money 100% with your statement.I could not say it any better than you did You are the third member to speak out in a post. Each one has pointed out a different reason why its best to be fair and honest with a customer. This is why this site is outstanding from other sites. All the members belive in the AMERICAN way ---Make a profit but be fair and honest

Buyer Beware aside, making yer living from RIPPING PEOPLE OFF is just plain fu**ing LAME.

As some may recall, this scum is the number one culprit behind my email and ebay accounts being hacked and a $1200 computer being "won" supposedly by me.

Sucker=to ripping off

Netree

You said, it in two words BUYER BEWARE does not give the seller the wright to rip off a customer or any one

Rbtree

Told the truth on be half of honest trusting custer to the seller about ripping them off. His trouble did not start until then
Yes, he has every reason to feel who ripped him off is the same person.

Stumper

Is one hunderd per cent correct in the way he express it. The seller is not guilty until proven guilty

Like I stated early this site is set a part from other site---Member belive in the fair -- honest-- profits--the AMERICAN way

This Site Is Second To None For What It Stands Forl

So far the outcome is undecided. The ebay seller has not responded to my complaint, which I filed to avoid possible negative feedback for not following up on the phony computer auction bid. They are a reputable shop, so likely will understand and won't file the bad feedback.

Anyhow, I just last evening installed a Linksys wireless router which includes a firewall and Norton Internet Security software. I may also get Zone alarm Pro and Pest Patrol. I'm also looking into a program that generates and stores complicated passwords to thwart keystroke loggers.

And the fancy Dell laptop will arrive in a while, so I can surf by the woodstove....and show my pics and vids to clients.

Now that I'm pretty well protected, I may go after the guy again.

"wireless router ... pretty well protected"

Wireless itself isn't all that "protected" unless you're using SSH or some similar mechanism on both ends of the link.  The "security" mechanism "built in" to the wireless is relatively rudimentary; unless they've updated something in the past 6 months or so (I haven't been following the trends).  What that means is your link behind all the firewalls &c. is fair game for drive-by "hackers" in most cases if you're only using the typical mechanism, even though you're being protected from those on the wire.  So if you see a car or truck sitting by the curb, go out and shoot them.

But this is off topic by a bit.
