Those are BDG
,(Bob Daily gloves) mechanic gloves with gel pads. There is a lot of competition and the prices are less than half what I payed 10 years ago. They have ventilation holes down the side of the fingers and good wrist support with the velcro. Hardware stores ...work stores. May have to find a ladies glove. Some don't have the paded palms...so get the right ones and not fall season gloves as they may Have them On The Shelf Still.

By far these are the best I have used. They offer great abrasion protection as well. Most of the tree and ground crews buy most of my stock. A big selling feature is that they are always available and comes in small to xtra large.

I really could use a pair as well. I get that hand vibration feeling after running the trimmer for a couple hours. I don't want it to get worse. It is better since I got better equipment. The Echo trimmers are much better.

Of all the trimmers I've owned the Echo trimmers are the best for minimal vibration. Don't even wear gloves now.

There are 3 'kinds' of A/V gloves I recommend:

My favorite are the Impacto air bubble gloves: http://www.impacto.ca/Products/Detail/BG413.
Available from Zoro Tools: https://www.zoro.com/impacto-anti-vibration-gloves-s-blackwhite-pr-bg413s/i/G3547372/
Other Impacto styles also available on Amazon: e.g. https://www.amazon.com/Impacto-BG40840-Anti-Vibration-Mechanics-Glove/dp/B00BUZYTU6

Gel padded gloves are really rated for impact, but can have A/V properties. Make sure that they have segmented gel pads in the palm and fingers (continuous gel palms/fingers arehard to bend / grip with). E.g. OK1 Full Finger Anti Vibration/ImpactGloves
https://www.amazon.com/Full-Finger-...TF8&qid=1499828013&sr=1-6&keywords=ok1+gloves

Inexpensive foam padded gloves are sometimes used for vibration, but the foam palms tend to tear easily:
e.g. Superior S10VIB https://www.amazon.com/Superior-Vib...28141&sr=1-2&keywords=anti+-+vibration+gloves
or Ergodyne ProFlex 9000 https://www.amazon.com/Ergodyne-900...coding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=AQFW5C8H6M1DCR13EB1N

There may be other brands as well. She wants full-finger gloves for vibration (not fingerless), and of course, they have to fit!

I have a paur of Youngstown from Bailey's and while you can s til feel the vibes when running machinery, like my fs250 or non A/V 090. there is no tightness or tingle feeling whatsoever once you stop running the machine. The big, Stihl?, spaceman like, ribbed gloves are better but are just too bulky for me.

I shopped around and settled on a pair of OK1 anti vibe gloves. I looked at a few other brands and these were about mid prices and available through a retailer I have bought from. Tried them out yesterday. I ran 3 tanks through my Echo SRM225 trimmer. I could tell a difference pretty quick in the amount of vibes felt in my hands. The gloves are slightly more bulky than my other pair, husky impact from home depot. They are a bit small for the size though. I'm hoping they stretch just a bit. Any way, so far so good, my hands didn't go numb while trimming. Thanks for the suggestions!

If you are doing hours of string trimming getting a battery hoop handle one with the motor on the end and use it with large sharp edged even length line slow and it will be very low vibration. Even better with a shoulder strap. Then do the rest with a bike handle set up and if necessary weight the handles.
