Be careful with that, the left hand rakers are gone so he may be 'grabby'.

I'm not gonna use that boat anchor i bet it weighs 30 lbs or more

Here's one I've been working on and just finished the lion's share today. A Power Machinery 19A 'Pacemaker'. The engine was in great shape, so I just replaced the seals (common to the later big Canadiens) and went to town cleaning this thing with gasoline.

There's a couple spots to touch up and I need to fit a bar to the 1/2" shoulders on the 3/8" studs. Obviously, the wrap handle needs to be re-chromed.











The exhaust dumps out under the clutch/recoil cover.

I love the lines on this. Very Cool!

Hi there, I just got one of these at a yard sale and am trying to get it running. Im having a few issues with getting the carb to fit. It is an HL series, does yours have a spacer?

Hi there, I just got one of these at a yard sale and am trying to get it running. Im having a few issues with getting the carb to fit. It is an HL series, does yours have a spacer?

It has a poppet valve and adapter between the carb and crankcase. That's it. No real spacer to speak of.

Found this on my weekly CL search...does it hold any significant value in the collector market? Dad has a couple of 10-10s that we still use some, one we think may have a some sort of big bore type kit...it will out pull our other saws that should have more displacement.

I depleted my saw funds at the Ia./Mo. GTG last weekend or I would be after that beauty. They seem to show up Ebay once or twice a year, so yes they are collectable.

Both come with the almost obligatory tank of twenty year old fuel..........................................

I will be accepting offers on the bottom 3. Here in front we have a Wright reciprocating saw, next up is a Lombard #34 and above that is a Fleetwood, Model yet to be determined.

I got the recoil fixed on the Lombard and I've grown somewhat fond of him. The Strunk however, (all 34# of him) is slated for a trip to central Iowa.

A clean fuel/oil tank for the Lombard is on our wish list. There is a good 1/2" of melted hose and crap in the bottom not wanting to come out.

The Fleetwood is a model 5124 with a rotating carb and control head.

Thanks Mark, Partner saws had a lot of style before they released the "toaster" series... they were good saws but not as nice looking IMO.

Really diggin the old saws.

I just rescued this not truly antique, but still hard to get parts for, girl from under my Dad's bench. We used it to clear my parent's lot through the 70's and 80's. MANY tons of oak, cherry, maple, and sycamore have passed under its chain.....and a few locust trees(grrrr) as well. Hoping to put it back to work this week.
