Saws along the road

I like that idea of laying them on the sides of the road, maybe with a piece of firewood beside them.
If your up for a road trip to Naples, NewYork, they will not last to long there.
A poster last fall from Naples reported finding a MS200t on the side of the road. You might add somemore color to the sides of the roads around there.
What was the number printed on the side of that saw, maybe the number 3?
Another mans trash is someone elses treasure!

I'd scratch Property Of The Devil on it somewhere before I put it by the road. It would give em somthing to think about while theyre pulling the rope.

Good Idea!

sell em on ebay
then buy your wife a whatever the amount is you get for them worth of flowers.
she will love you real hard for at least 3 days .
in that time buy a stihl 088 .

all i got.

shayne

Shayne...your a man with a plan! I've got this bridge in Arizona that I want you to sell to a guy! :hmm3grin2orange:

Lol!!!
I was wondering if you could strip 'em down and use the powerheads coupled to a small highspeed electric motor for a diy compressor?

Well, ya did say "dumb ideas". *hangs head*

I could use the cylinder from a micro xxv deluxe. Send it to me for free, that would be way dumb!

Pls and Tks.

I don't understand why all you guys don't like the Poulan's. They are one of my favorite saws. I will take them if you don't want them... I am all giddy now knowing that they might be headed my way.

I really wish you Poulan bashers would all just grow up. You just don't know a good saw when you see one. Sheesh...

**LOL**

OK alright, already. They are what they are.Considering a zillion years ago they weren't that bad.The itsy bitsy micros were little trim the apple tree in the back yard saws.How-some -ever,the S-25 was the trimmers climbing saw of choice for many years.

Now,believe it or not,an S-25 has the same power as a Stihl 020 T and weighs about a pound less. They cut at exactly the same speed. The 020 is a true top handle ,where as the Poulan is not. There in lies the difference.

If I were a betting man,I would wager that most people who have little regard for them ,have never seen, much less operated them .Can I have an Amen?

Amen and rep and another amen! But c'mon Al, you could say the same thing about alot of comments on this forum!

Then I will take back my facetious remark from earlier...:):)

Actually the SP25 is a damn good little saw from BITD.

Gary

I know mang... :biggrinbounce2:

Only reason I like the little 25's is because I used one a long time ago and it was a good little saw. It belonged to my uncle.

But it is still a POOPlaun...:hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange:
