Anyone else doing this??

On one of my Husky 350s, im running the 95vp narrow kerf chain (the chain that comes standard on the 350) on a standard kerf GB pro-top bar. GB does not make a narrow kerf bar. I was hesitant to do this, but when I ordered the bar from Jeff S, he mentioned that he has done it and had no problems. Well I have been doing it now for 6 months with no problems whatsoever! So for anyone who has questioned doing this, it works fine. No slop either. And wearing out a GB bar is impossible. Just some info for those interested.

ive run a standard 16 husky on mine also..didnt seem to affect the speed at all.

Hi Brad...

The Oregon micro lite bars intended to use the narrow kerf chain measure 0.150" thick. The GB .325 bars measure 0.170" thick... just .010" per side thicker so the narrow kerf chain is really no problem on them.
