I'm thinking about getting the 6' that collapses to 19" If you've tried it, let me know how you liked it. At $140 at Sherrill, I want to know if it's worth it. Thanks.

How many folks on here have wasted even bigger bucks on Silky pole saws? I went through two Hayauchies before I went back to my tried and true fiberglass sectionals. This unit has appeal, to me, because, at 19", I can see myself climbing with it and not having to rely on my groundies to send up one when I need it.

Zale, this polesaw is made solid; even I have not broken this one yet. Recommended!

We bought one but do not use it at all. Just sits in the truck. Went back using the Silky. Not impressed at all in the cutting or the overall design. Blade is very flimsy.

Got it at expo 2012 I think; # hours?; not a lot, got other poles too. I've bent other blades more; maybe that's just coincidence.

I like the locking fasteners, and the compact size when folded, which is handy for climbing.. It's a little heavy but it won't bend like both the barnel and hayauchi under strain!
