I have a rockford pto 11.5 single plate on my 150 bandit owned unit for 5 years. never replaced clutch. Went to engage clutch and can not move clutch handle move than 3/4 of the way in. Could some thing be seized? Thanks.

Probably just needs an adjustment. It's weird how fast they can get out of adjustment and not work at all. I think both times mine did it, there was junk keeping the wheel from moving when starting and the guy running the chipper tried too hard to get it going using the clutch and overheated it.

if it has ben over heated you will need to back it off a little to make up fore the worped presure plate, letting them set running fore a long time with the clutch disingaged will get them hot also
