I wanted to try it, but I haven't got anything that I would want to powder coat. I guess I gotta talk someone into letting me build em a rod, then I can try some. I've seen alot of people do suspension pieces, but I think thats a little much for me.

I believe Pioneer has an actual powder coating operation.
If you don't mind Chinese quality, Harbor Frieght will sell you a powder coating kit for $99. That includes a fair amount of stuff, but I'd have to look in the catalog to give a list.
