At your suggestion, I picked up the PA80 yesterday -- the dealer price in Colorado Springs was $59.99 plus local taxes. I haven't used it yet (near blizzard conditions today), but I can tell by the shape of the head that it's gonna be a good'un!

We be splittin' now!

Ever heard of a Sager? My great grandfather had one and I still have it. I have always loved that axe. It stays razor sharp. It is showing its wear after all the years of use but it is still my favorite though when I was a child, it was not the object of my affection. My dad said "I used it as a boy, your grandpa used it, now your a$$ is going to use it." God forbid he buy a wood buster!
