I've got a bobcat 450 I bought from the dealer, always ran great. great machine. i just bought another one, bobcat 443 this time. diesel.
the new one has the aux hydros, just like the 450. the 443 however has a small hose that runs between the aux hydros, so its just a loop. it seems like they are always flowing.
the guy i got it from is super meticulous about his repairs, always done at the dealer and showed me a bunch of money from receipts. i can't imagine he would have not had that fixed if it was really a problem. he said he got it that way, and never messed with it, and they never said anything at the shop.
i called the shop, and the guy said no, thats not right you need to bring it in and let us fix it. aux spool may be stuck open...so...is that correct? is it a problem or are they all like that?
