What kind of compression numbers did you end up with???
I have two non AV 090's one parts the other complete, 130 comp, probably a tad low.

I've not even checked it. I'll do that today. :msp_unsure:

The torque these saws make is addicting, they may not be the fastest cutting saws but the low range power reminds me of running a D8 top drive.

I am guessing that is why these are good for milling... the will cut all day long and want more... so I am told....

I have heard the same from a lot of guys that use them for milling, they claim the 090 is the best milling saw available, might just be why these saws demand such a high price.

Hello,just a query on AV handle colour,my 070 is black and looks like its original,were they supplied in white??

Thanks for that info,fairly sure mine is original black,just thought it odd to have a white handle but there it is in black and white!!:smile2black looks better if nothing else in my humble opinion)

The later AV's came with black handles as original.
