No , I just had a brief moment of levity and felt like messing with you MDS. Well that moment has passed and I am now back to feeling miserable, cranky, normal. Sorry for the outburst. You know I have no control over these things.

Anyway, Mr. Woods did say pretty much what I was saying and that whole thing where at one point evrything seems to be fine and dandy then the next thing you know the people you have tried to work with are now screwing with you has been explained. That is what it is.
Hell I 've been there and was trying to figure it out. But its that simple. They want the money, they want the work, but once they get started they start thinking about all that is right and wrong and they have to pin the blame and try to take back the self respect they feel thay have lost.
That is why all of the sudden a customer is refusng to pay after you did a job for them. They never wanted to bite the bullet in the first place but they did and after watching you do the job they have thought it through and decided whatever it was you did was not worth the price you had allready agreed on. They feel they got the short end and that is one of the worst things a person can feel. One must keep the upper hand.

but defiantely pay them thier share. When you pay them you might say something like this " Well, that didn't go so smooth but if you are interested in playing another round just let me know"

Alright guys..one of the 2 partners is paid and still wants to continue to do business with me as often as possible..the other guy..whom I have made it explicitly clear to better stay away from me or I will keep a carefull eye on him once I finish the police academy and I'm on the sheriffs dept...I will send him his money..by check..maybe Friday..its done..over with..I have a contract made up now to avoid any problems similar to this in the future..thanks for all your help..the moral of this story I have learned is..the more you lose your temper and make baseless threats..the less professional you look..and always lose in the end..
